1. General standard
Yamjoy must be used lawfully, honestly and in a way that does not endanger, defraud, harass or exploit another person.
2. Prohibited activity
You must not place fraudulent orders, manipulate promotions or refunds, impersonate another person, interfere with the platform, scrape or attack systems without authorisation, submit false documents, misuse payment methods, harass users or partners, or use Yamjoy to facilitate unlawful activity.
3. Safety and respectful conduct
Threats, violence, discrimination, harassment, dangerous driving, food tampering and deliberate damage to property are prohibited.
4. Restricted products
Where Yamjoy supports any legally restricted product category, the product may be listed, purchased, transported and handed over only in accordance with applicable age, licensing and other legal requirements. Yamjoy may prohibit categories entirely in a particular market.
5. Platform integrity
Users must not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, abuse credits or promotions, manipulate ratings, falsify delivery status or attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account.
6. Enforcement
Yamjoy may investigate suspected misuse and may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary and permitted by law. Serious unlawful conduct may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
