Request deletion of your Yamjoy account and associated personal data. This page is provided by Yamjoy Limited and works even if you no longer have the app.
Send a deletion request
Email us from the address registered to your account. Include your name and registered phone number so we can identify the account. If you cannot access that email, contact us on WhatsApp for ownership verification.

What happens next
- We receive your request and verify that you own the account.
- We review open orders, unresolved payments and any legal retention requirements, and explain any necessary next steps.
- We process the verified request and confirm the outcome. An acknowledgement is not confirmation that deletion has completed.
Account profile and contact details, saved preferences and authentication sessions are covered by your request. Order, payment, dispute or fraud-prevention records may need to be retained for lawful purposes. We explain applicable exceptions when processing your request.
